We have a 30-day Return Policy. If 30-days have passed since your original date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange because we have replaced the inventory.

To be eligible for a return, your Merch Shop item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it in at the time of delivery.    Please contact ProtectMyRide360 via email at info@protectmyride360.com.   Provide details of the order including:

 

  • Product Description and issue
  • Original order number (can be found on your receipt or invoice)
  • A note indicating the desired exchange or refund. 

A representative may reach out to you to obtain additional details if needed.   ProtectMyRide360 will provide you an RMA # via email address provided which must be included in the return item box.  Shipping instructions will be provided.
